Raising The Totem – Worsley Urban Partners Move Forward

Demolition will soon begin for Worsley Urban Partners’ Totem Condos. The developer has quickly sold units in this one-of-a-kind building with direct access to Wellesley subway station. With a central downtown location and great architecture, Totem Condos offers downtown lifestyle options on a leafy side street.
Located midblock between the Downtown Yonge strip and the Church-Wellesley Village, Totem Condos is in the heart of downtown. Pre-finished hardwood floors will be installed throughout the units, with durable porcelain tiles used for washrooms.
The building will also feature a concierge, a gym with a good selection of equipment, a party room and a rooftop deck for residents. The gym, private dining room and a bar that opens onto a small terrace for dining and barbequing will be located on the second floor.
Besides its design, Totem Condos’ best asset is its location. Even if residents never walk down to the subway from its lobby, they will appreciate the proximity to the University of Toronto, College Park, Ryerson University and Dundas Square—the building is just a short walk away from many of downtown’s greatest places.
With unique architecture, a central location and great features, Worsley Urban Partners offers an excellent option for downtown living at Totem Condos.
