Demolition will soon begin for Worsley Urban Partners’ Totem Condos. The developer has quickly sold units in this one-of-a-kind building with direct access to Wellesley subway station. Pre-finished hardwood floors will be installed throughout the units, with durable porcelain tiles used for washrooms.
The building will also feature a concierge, a gym with a good selection of equipment, a party room and a rooftop deck for residents. The gym, private dining room and a bar that opens onto a small terrace for dining and barbequing will be located on the second floor.
Besides its design, Totem Condos’ best asset is its location. Even if residents never walk down to the subway from its lobby, they will appreciate the proximity to the University of Toronto, College Park, Ryerson University and Dundas Square—the building is just a short walk away from many of downtown’s greatest places.
