YSL Condos is a new mixed-use of office, retail and residential development currently in pre-construction by Cresford Development Corporation. It will be located at 363-391 Yonge Street and 3 Gerrard Street East in Toronto. It is proposed to be two towers of 62 and 72 storeys respectively with 1,106 dwelling units connected by a sky-bridge designed by Quadrangle Architects Inc.
This project will consist of several storefronts which span about half a block on the east side of Yonge St and just south of Gerrard St E. Eight properties in total will be redeveloped while saving the facades of “two heritage-listed commercial buildings” located at the above mentioned properties and incorporating them into a 11 storey podium.
