Verdé Condos Status: Pre-Construction

Verdé Condos by FRAM Building Group will be located at 3 – 5 Kingslake Road near the corner of Don Mills and Fairview Mall Drive in North York. The expected occupancy date is yet to be announced.

Verdé Condos is proposed to be a 24 storey building that will sit atop a podium. This condo will contain a total of 371 residential units that will be broken down into 53 bachelor suites, 171 1-Bedroom suites, 137 2-Bedroom suites and 10 3-Bedroom suites. Verdé Condos residents will be offered an opportunity to snag some parking space as well, with 323 spots (including visitor spots) up for grabs. This building will also feature both indoor and outdoor amenity space and because this building promotes a greener environment, there will be outdoor amenity space atop the podium roof.
