Transit City Condos

is located at Jane and Highway 7 in Vaughan. York Regional Road 7. It is developed by Centrecourt Developments. Transit City Condos was designed by a talented team of designers Diamond + Schmitt Architects Inc. Claude Cormier and Don Schmitt. They also helped design the KPMG office tower in the heart of VMC. (Vaughan Metropolitan Centre).

SmartREIT, Developer of the Smart Centres Place Condominiums Community where TTC has built the VMC Subway station sitting on over 100 acres of land.

This 100-acre plan will consist of many towers. The first of many phases will be 55 storeys with 550 suites of different sizes. Transit City Condos will be located at the Metropolitan Centre.

Construction will begin this year in 2017 or in early 2018. Estimation of completion will be in 2020.

There will be a new 100,000 sq ft YMCA, a new library, community centre, and loads of shopping all around. Very close to Vaughan Mills. Highways such as 400 and 407 will within a couple of minutes away. An excellent walking score to public transit and much more. There will also be a first BUCA-branded restaurant concept outside of downtown Toronto. It is an Italian restaurant.

There will also be a Zen Garden in an outdoor terrace. private and social function indoor party room, meeting space. There will be ground-floor retail space. The Condos will be between 500 to 1000 sq ft. Suite sizes will range from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms.
