THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Soul Condominiums will be located in the Don Valley Village neighbourhood in the North York area of Toronto. Soul Condos will be on Fairview Mall Drive to the east of Don Mills Road which is across the street from Fairview Mall.
The Soul Condominiums will have great access to transportation routes including public transportation and major highways. Soul Condos will have quick access to Highway 404/Don Valley Parkway to the east which can take you south to Highway 401 and the Gardiner Expressway or north to Highway 407 and Highway 7.
Soul Condominiums will also have quick and easy access to the T.T.C. subway system as Fairview Mall has direct access to the Don Mills Subway Station which can get you to anywhere in the city, or take one of the T.T.C. buses at the Don Mills Bus Depot.
Soul Condos will also have quick access to the Oriole Go Train Station on Leslie Street to the west. The Soul Condominiums will have many grocery stores nearby which will include major chain grocery stores such as Foodland, No Frills, Food Basics, as well as Pusateri’s and Loblaw’s to the west.
Soul Condos will have access to Fairview Mall across the street, but by using the T.T.C. you will be able to get to Bayview Village to the west or take Highway 401 west to get to Yorkdale Mall.
THE BUILDING
The Soul Condominiums will be located on the lands located on the north side of Fairview Mall Drive known as Allenbury Gardens and Kingslake Road. The plan of sub-division is currently allocated for a total of 1,034 residential units. The division of the residential suites and units at Soul Condos will comprise of one hundred and thirty four (134) rental units as well as a total of nine hundred (900) condominium suites.
The units will be divided into 3 storey townhomes and townhouses as well as five condominium building with heights of nine floors, sixteen floors, twenty floors and two buildings of seventeen floors. At Soul Condos there will be a total of one hundred and eighteen bachelor units, six hundred and eighty five one bedroom and one bedroom plus den suites, one hundred and sixty two bedroom and two bedroom plus den units, as well as seventy one three bedroom suites and townhouses.
There will be a total of nine hundred and twenty seven parking spaces to service the condominium suites and rental units at the Soul Condominiums. Soul Condos will be a long term project for the Fram Building Group to last for many years to come.
