Notting Hill Condos Status: Pre-Construction

Notting Hill Condos by Lanterra Developments and designed by the IBI Group is set to be located at 4000 Eglinton Avenue West in Etobicoke. The expected occupancy date is yet to be announced.

Notting Hill Condos is proposed to be a 2 building development that will broken down into Block A and Block B. Within both blocks, there will be two towers each. In total there will be 3 25-storey towers and 1 21-storey tower. Block A will hold 2 25-storey towers and Block B will hold 1 of each. Block A will have a total of 625 residential units and Block B will have 735 units, together totalling 1360 units. Broken down even further, there will be 1018 1-Bedroom units, 205 2-bedroom units and 137 3-Bedroom units. Notting Hill Condos is also proposing an insane amount of parking opportunities for those with vehicles. Notting Hill residents will have an option from 1035 residential parking spaces and 1021 bicycle parking spots. There will also be a total of 156 visitor and retail spots available. Apart from the large amount of units available and the matching variety of parking spaces, Notting Hill Condos residents can also enjoy both indoor and outdoor amenity space. Both Block A and B will each have their own separate amenity spaces.

Now if 4 towers in total wasn’t enough, Notting Hill Condos is also offering multiple townhome units as well at ground level. This is proposed to be next to the building’s retail space at the bottom 4-storey podium.

Because Notting Hill Condos is located in the Westmount neighbourhood in Etobicoke, residents will be living just on the outskirts of the city. That means that residents will be able to enjoy the peacefulness of the suburbs but the accessibility of the city. Condo residents will be able to access HWY 401 and the Gardiner Expressway in just minutes, allowing you to reach the Downtown core within just 30-minutes.
