M3 Condos Status: Pre-Construction

M3 Condos will again be a project conducted by Urban Capital Property Group & Rogers Real Estate Development Ltd. This condo will also be designed by the IBI Group and the interior designs will again be hosted by Cecconi Simone. M3 Condos will be located at 425 Webb Drive in Mississauga and will only be steps away from its sister buildings M city phase 1 and M2. M3 Condos is proposed to be the tallest building in Mississauga and one of the tallest towers in the GTA. This beast will rise 81 storeys tall with a podium base. M3 will contain a total of approximately 900 residential units, offering suites from 1 – 3 bedrooms, that will range from 480 sq.ft. to 1000 sq.ft. And because the interior of this building will be designed by Cecconi Simone, as previously mentioned, residents can expect gorgeously high end designs with contemporary touches across the board. Residents who have access to a balcony will also enjoy the gorgeous views from this tower as different suites will have either views of Lake Ontario or the city skyline with the Marilyn Monroe Towers to the East of the development. Although no specifics have been confirmed, residents can expect this building to feature both indoor and outdoor amenity space. And another important factor to mention is that the M City community park is also in close proximity to M3, allowing residents to have quick and easy access to green space.

What is most notable about this condo is its exterior. It offers a unique design in comparison to other towers in Mississauga and to the towers within the M City community itself. Lead architect Mansoor Kazerouni, with the IBI Group, said in a recent news release, “Mississauga has a very unique layout and acts almost as a city with two grids. You have due North and South forming one grid and a streetscape that runs diagonal to those directions. Our twist is meant to speak directly to both compositions. The result is a design that is completely unique to the site and emblematic of the ambitions of M City.” It’s obvious that M3 Condos represents more than just a beautiful building and design, but also shows a representation of Mississauga itself — a truly symbolic structure.

M3 Condos will be located in the Fairview community in Mississauga. M3 and the rest of the M City community is conveniently located in a spot that allows residents to be close to everything including shopping, dining, entertainment and accessibility to transit and highways for those that drive. M3 Condos has a 89/100 walk score and a 67/100 transit score. In a less than 10-minute TTC ride or 5-minute drive from home, you can find yourself shopping at the grand Square One Shopping Centre where you can shop and dine. Also within the same proximity, residents can find themselves next door at the Cineplex theatres or Playdium Amusement Centre as other sources of entertainment.
