Futura Condos will be built at the corner of Sheppard avenue West and Dufferin Street by the Urban Capital Property Group and Allegra Homes. Futura Condominiums at 1050 Sheppard Avenue West in Toronto and North York will be built by Urban Capital and Allegra Homes. Allegra Homes is a newer condominium builder in Toronto with its only previous project being the townhomes and townhouses at 724 Sheppard Avenue West which lies to the east of the Futura Condos. Urban Capital has had many projects in the city of Toronto and with its slogan Forward Thinking Development they bring their brand of construction to the North York part of Toronto. Some of Urban Capital’s past projects in Toronto include the highly regarded River City Condos, Smart House Condominiums, Glasshouse Condos, and Boutique Condominiums.
