Axis Condos is a new condo development by Centre Court Developments currently in preconstruction at 411 Church Street, Toronto. The development has a total of 541 units.
This project will be 38 storeys of mixed use. An application was submitted to permit the development of a 38 storey residential tower (122 metre to the top of the mechanical roof), including a 6-storey base building with a total of 541 units and a total of 36,540 square metres. This project will have a ground floor of 515 square metres of commercial space fronting Church St and 4-grade related residential units fronting Wood St.
