BUILDING PROPOSAL
The location of 99 Sudbury Street in Toronto at the corner of Lisgar Street in between King Street West and Queen Street West has had a development proposal brought to the city of Toronto. The proposal is for a mixed use building consisting of twenty six floors. The first six floors of 99 Sudbury Street will include a hotel component which will have one hundred and fifty seven (157) hotel units, as well as event space and ancillary retail space.
There will also be twenty floors of condominium suites which will count a total of two hundred and nine residential condo units. There will also be a provision for parking spaces underground which will total two hundred and one parking spaces to be split between the hotel and the owners.

99 Sudbury Street is located on the border of the south end of the Little Portugal neighbourhood and just on the west end of the Liberty Village neighbourhood. The condominiums to be built at 99 Sudbury Street will have quick access to public transportation with the Queen West T.T.C. streetcar just to the north which can take you east through the Fashion District and to the Osgoode Subway Station.
You can also walk to the east to the King West T.T.C. streetcar which can take you east to the St. Andrew Subway Station and into the Entertainment District and Financial District. There will be quick access to many grocery stores from the 99 Sudbury Street Condominiums which will include larger chain stores such as Price Chopper, Metro, and many smaller independent grocery stores.
The parks nearby the 99 Sudbury Street Condos include the Alan Lampart Stadium Park just past the train tracks to the south, as well as Trinity Bellwoods Park to the east on Queen Street West.
