This pre-construction project has also five levels proposed below grade. Four of those levels will be for 242 parking spots and there are also 610 bike spots proposed. Access to the parking will be from Edward Street and the rear lane on the north side of the building and the five loading spaces is also from the rear lane at grade level on the north side of the building.
The lobby of thise building will be at the southeast corner of the site with access from Edward Street. Most of the frontage along Edward St is to be retail. For indoor amenities, they are considering to leave 1,048 square metres and 696 square metres is proposed for the outdoor terrace amenities. This will end up taking over the west and north side of the building.
