Retail storefronts on the ground floor will help animate the street. The boutique project’s minimalist amenities include a meeting and media room, an event space and lounge, library, gym and a concierge.
With excellent proximity to public transit, a location in a walkable and attractive historic neighbourhood and distinctive architecture, Triumph Developments should have no problem repeating the sales success of its first phase with Howard Park 2.
