A co-venture is when two or more parties pool their resources, time and expertise to purchase a property or properties. Without each other, neither the investor or ourselves would be able to reach our real estate investing goals nearly as quickly.
Our Co-Venture (CV) deals are structured 50/50, meaning each partner has a 50% ownership stake in the property.
